Keshav R. Murugesh serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of WNS Global Services. Based in Mumbai, he is responsible for executing the business strategy, and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. Murugesh is a frequent industry speaker, both nationally and internationally. He serves as the Co-Chairman of NASSCOM’s BPO Forumin India.
  Murugesh has many firsts to his credit spanning business and national level community programs. He introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS; was the first to establish a bone marrow registry in India; brought the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) into Indian waters for the first time; and built an incredible connect between the student communities and businesses. He recently received the Social Entrepreneurship award at Asia's Best CSR Practices Awards 2011, and represented the outsourcing industry at the 5th Summer Davos, World Economic Forumin Dalian, People’s Republic of China.

  Prior to joining WNS, Murugesh served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Syntel Inc., where he was responsible for the company's global IT services and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) businesses. Murugesh is a Board Member of WNS Cares Foundation, which focuses on education of the lesser-privileged children as the coremedium of community outreach and uplift in WNS locations globally.
