Being an expert of Business Processes with clear understanding of the various difficulties & challenges faced by a Director/Management of an SME organization, Shashi has led several change initiatives & projects with proven credentials and was executed by him personally. He has demonstrated results in unconventional areas such as sales, HR, technology, program office, administration, procurement, etc.
