Mr. Jayaraman, serves as CEO, Prescience Soft India Pvt. Ltd. He is also a Director of  Nu- Core Software Solutions, Calicut. Mr. Jayaraman has nine years of experience in IT Industry. Mr. Jayaraman is an effective communicator across all levels of management and has served as technical advisor to other startups. Mr. Jayaraman has held various engineering, managerial, programming positions with some prestigious companies in the Industry. Most relevant  is Mr. Jayaraman’s experience as IT Head for Mihneti (www.mihneti.com), a leading job portal for the Middle East market. Mr. Jayaraman is an innovator and has a couple of patent pending ideas under his belt. His ability  to achieve the objectives with small teams and limited budget has brought him kudos from various parts of IT industry..

Mr.Krishna Kumar has over two decades of experience in banking technology and is currently heading the Information Technology division of  Doha Bank Group for over 9 years.
Mr. Kumar has been instrumental in transforming Doha Bank to a technology savvy organization, improving both customer convenience and internal efficiency, having the distinction of  being the first to introduce multiple e-channel and e-commerce solutions in Qatar. It was under the guidance of  Mr. Kumar that Bank’s IT Department achieved the distinction of being ISO 20000 certified, again a first in Qatar. ISO 27001 Certification for the Bank also goes to his credit. Mr. Kumar is a regular speaker in various knowledge sharing forums, having spoken on various technology and banking related subjects. Mr. Kumar is a visionary and have helped many start ups in the advisory roles.

Media CV : A Media CV is a way for candidates to showcase their abilities beyond the boundaries of a traditional paper CV.  A Media CV allows prospective employers to see how the applicants present themselves and understand their personality, level of confidence and attitude. A Media CV can contain Video, text based CV and their portfolio under one roof.
REVENUE MODEL:
At Azzist, we do not charge for viewing the Resumes. Only the resume that matches the requirement the most, needs to be purchased. We call this as “Pay Per Relevant Resume” Model. There is a Premium revenue model, where a traditional recruitment  model has been partly converted into online model where the benefits is shared by all the parties involved.
RECRUITER'S REFERRAL MODEL:
Every time a CV that is recommended by a recruiter gets selected, revenue is earned by the recruiter. In the same way when a recruiter brings an employer  to azzist, the benefits generated from recruitment is shared.
