Sanjay Raj is the young visionary of the company and has brought in a tremendous metamorphosis in urging in transparency and accountability. He has the vision and a keen sense and acumen for land acquisition along with ability to build successful teams and networks to execute projects. Raj is a member of CREDAI and currentlyoversees land acquisition, legal liaison and business development activities. He is also the CEO and Executive Director of the Golden Gate Group.
Vision:
The vision of our company is to provide starter Homes in the affordable segment for the young population. We also aspire to build multiple residential projects in Bangalore and later expand to other locations
