Key Person:

Nikhil Thard, Managing Director: An industrial engineer by profession, Thard started his career in Infosys where he gained the management and entrepreneurial experience to start Edifice, a professional real-estate boutique company. He has been part of several acclaimed projects such as the RR Bungalow and Signature apartments in Sanjaynagar, Grand Edifice on Old Madras Road, Almond Tree in Yelahanka, Edifice Cube in Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Villa Valley in Yelahanka and 80Edifice in Indiranagar, and is personally involved in every aspect of Edifice.
