Key Person:

Ravindra Pai serves as Managing Director and has significant experience in the Real Estate Industry. He oversees all activities of the company starting from sourcing of land to project execution and delivery. Prior to joining the company, he has had very successful stints in diverse fields such as software programming, business process migration and sales with very reputed companies such as Tata Infotech and GE Capital. His last assignment was handling sales in South and West India for Oracle. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management,Bangalore.

Milestone:

2000 – Joint developments such as IBC Knowledge Park, Sterling Shallom, HM World City, and Renaissance Exotica commenced.
2007 – Century Real Estate set up as a holding company for all real estate development activities in Bangalore. Fortress Investment Group invested $75 million in the company for a minority stake.
2010 – 2.3 million sq. ft. of construction underway, comprising of 10 residential condominiums, 1 commercial property,and an integrated township. Net worth of the company reaches Rs.5941 million.
2012 – Firmly establishes as Karnataka’s largest land owner. Continues the legacy and obtains leadership position in the
development space as well. They have successfully completed several other projects prior the year 2000.
