Rajesh Kannan
Head of Operations
Rajesh Kannan has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry focused around technology and delivery. He is one of the co-founders of Compassites Software Solutions. He has been instrumental in starting the company and has been involved in the day to day operations. Rajesh is focused on multiple aspects of operations at Compassites including culture, recruitment, human resources amongst many others.
Prior to joining Compassites, Rajesh was involved in setting up an India entity for a US based Karna Global Technologies. He was part of the team that built the initial ecosystem of Karna Softech India and moved on to play pivotal roles in delivery and execution.
Rajesh’s earlier work experience includes companies such as Questech (now part of CIBER) and Wipro technologies.
