Also known as "The Golden Bear" Jack William Nicklaus, is a professional golfer, who has won `8 major championships on the PGA Tour over a span of 25 years. He is acclaimed to the one of the greatest professional golfer of all time, and consistently among the longest and straightest hitters on the PGA Tour in his prime. He spent most of his time to design golf courses, and owns one of the largest golf design practices in the world. His company Nicklaus Design has 299 open courses for play at the end of 2005. Apart from designing, Nicklaus has written several golf instructional books, an autobiography, "My Story", a book on his methods to design golf courses and philosophy. He has also produced several gold videos. His book, "Golf My Way" is an all-time classic, reissued several times since its initial print. His manufacturing company Nicklaus Golf Equipment does $30 million a year in sales.
