Brief: A hacking group called The Consortium made its way into the porn website Digital Playground and got access to the credit card information of approximately 40,000 members. It was the second largest attack on a porn website. The group also claims that it has hacked the personal information of 72,000 other members. It later released a message claiming the responsibility and said that it will not misuse the credit card information as they did it for the sole purpose of exposing the loopholes in the website.

Brief: A server error cause the availability of unauthorized access of more than 36000 members and students’ database. Among the information that was accessible was names, social security numbers, date of birth etc.
