#8.Lithuania
Located in the Northern part of Europe, Lithuania ranks at number 8 in alcohol consumption. Its per capita alcohol consumption is 141.5 litres. Beer is the most influential alcoholic drink in Lithuania and accounts for 78 percent while wine enjoys a 9 percent share in the alcoholic industry. Spirited alcohol comes third with a 7 per cent share. Most Lithuanian breweries offer standard European lagers and its capital city, Vilnius has several brew pubs and plenty of beer bars which makes the nation one among the most alcohol consuming countries.

#7.Belgium
The rich tradition of drinking alcohol can never be forgotten in a country like Belgium. This part of Europe has about 178 breweries and about 73 percent of alcohol consumed is only beer. Wine enjoys a market share of 23 per cent and spirits, such as whiskey and vodka account for 3 per cent. The Per capita alcohol consumption of Belgium is 144.6 litres per annum.
