3.Anjali Joshi

As a Director of product management at Google, Anjali Joshi leads groups who deal with various segments like software, network and computing infrastructure, translation products and internationalization/localization of Google products. By playing a pivotal role in managing the Google’s fibre to communities’ effort it is expected to bring high speed broadband access to people across the U.S. Being the former executive vice president of engineering at Covad Communications, she led the firm to grow from a startup to a public company. Her academics include Btech from IIT Kanpur, Masters in computer engineering from SUNY and Masters in Engineering Management from Stanford. Anjali has also spent several years working on areas of voice and high speed data communications at Bell labs. She was recently selected as one of the top 50 Alumni at IIT Kanpur in the past 50 years. She is also part of numerous boards such as IIT Kanpur foundation, Tie, Silicon Valley etc.
