The Fortune Magazine has selected her to be one of the five most influential individuals in the Networking Industry. The former senior vice president of the networking giant Cisco has now joined the Arista network which was started by a group of well known serial entrepreneurs in the year 2008. She is the present president and CEO of Arista networks but prior to that she has seen Cisco grow from $400million to a $40billion industry. Today her entrepreneurial dream of creating a cloud networking market in the silicon valley has been rekindled as she wants customer to change from traditional ways of networking to the most modern and sophisticated technologies. When Arista Networks went public in 2011, Ullal went on to say Forbes magazine that “The model here is engineering first – you have to be ten times better to beat the competition”. The 10/40/100 Gigabyte Ethernet networking has been deployed by Arista Networks in its Data centre
