A shared responsibility
Management gurus strongly stress upon the importance of 'a sense of collective responsibility.' The team has to work together and share accountability for the team's performance. The members need to know what is expected of them and have to be clear on their roles as a team player. We saw a team that really lacked the team spirit and never played any smart cricket during those three matches that Team Indian lost. Players tend to have forgotten their roles in the team and they literally gave it up. Gautam Gambhir sincere in acknowledging this fact and said, "To be honest, we have not played some smart cricket on this tour. It's not just one individual but the entire unit which takes the responsibility."
