Confidence
Self confidence is vital to stay in the game; whether it's in the corporate field or in the cricket ground. It's having the confidence that there isn't any point that you can't bounce back that matters the most. The third Test at Birmingham where England won by an innings and 242 runs was just an example of how India surrendered itself with the lowest levels of confidence. The nature and language of the players during the game exhibited an attitude of 'no fight back' situation. BCCI is probing the shameful defeat and on the other hand, team is at a position where the captain is absolutely clueless and the big ones are incapable of lifting the confidence level.
