Salesforce.com is a software company known for its Customer Relationship Management product and has expanded into the “social enterprise arena” through acquisitions. In the Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2012 it was listed on the 27th position. This company was founded by Marc Benioff, Parker Harris, Dave Moellenhoff and frank Dominguez in 1999. It is headquarterd at San Francisco and has many other regional offices. Their services are translated into 16 different languages and have 82,400 customers and over 2,100,000 subscribers. But still it hasn’t been able to beat the value of Facebook as it is worth only $20 billion.
