Thandai:

The famous Holi drink - Thandai is a cold beverage prepared with a mixture of almonds, fennel seeds, magaztari seeds (watermelon kernel), rose petals, pepper, vetiver seeds, cardamom, saffron, milk and sugar.  The drink is native to India and is often associated with the festivals of Maha Shivaratri and Holi.

Solkadhi:

Solkadhi is a type of curry or beverage usually had after the meals. Popular in the Konkan region of India, this drink is made from coconut milk and kokum and is known for its digestive properties. It is prepared from liquid extracted from fresh coconut (coconut milk). The coconut milk is then mixed with kokum, and a little bit of sugar, salt or chili paste is added for taste.
