Cognizant ranks 23^rd position with revenue of $7.05 million which is higher than the last year revenue which was of $5.9 billion ranking 28^th.

Headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey, USA; Cognizant is included in NASDAQ. The company started serving clients in 1996 and the IPO was launched in 1998. Cognizant displaced Infosys to become the second-largest Indian IT services provider, also Cognizant experienced the highest growth rate among the top five providers with an increase of 20.1 percent in 2012, “said Arup Roy, research director at Gartner. According to the study, Cognizant underwent 20.1 percent growth in terms of revenue within a year, whereas the market shares surged 0.8 percent when compared to 0.7 percent from 2011.
