Yahoo - Overture Services
Overture Services was acquired by its biggest customer, Yahoo!, in 2003 for a deal valuing $1.63 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, each outstanding common share of Overture were to receive 0.6108 shares of Yahoo! common stock and $4.75 in cash.
