This is done when a magnetic response from the phone would interact with the tattoo, which sets off a tactile response on the user’s skin letting you even customize the physical responses for different callers. This tattoo uses the ferromagnetic ink which includes the compounds like iron oxide on it.

The fork warns you by vibrating and lighting up to eat slowly if you eat too much.
