He was born in Hyderabad, in India and later moved to The United States to pursue his master degree in computer engineering from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, Los Angeles.

Natarajan has played several key roles in his seventeen year old career where he worked with some major semi conductor industry giants like Texas Instruments, Paradigm Technologies, and MoSys. Emerging Memory Technologies was later acquired by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp, a monstrous giant in the semi conductor industry.

He has also worked on the boards of many companies like Diablo Technologies apart from being on the board of the international conference technical committees for important technologies like VLSI. He has achieved quite a lot as an entrepreneur, as recognition of his contribution to the semiconductor industry and to the Ottawa business community; Natarajan has been named as one among the ‘Top 40 under 40’ by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2005.
