If all your sacrifices and pain diminish in front of the joy that you get from owning the company and you truly believe in your venture from deep inside your consciousness, then yes you need to go for it. But if the job is becoming a burden for you and every day it kills you to think about the future of your company then may be it is time enough to throw down your towel and look for other prospects of your career.
