Research In Motion Fails Due to Its Bad Entrepreneurial Function

RIM lost its share value and the price dropped down from $140 in 2008 to $14 which had a disastrous impact on it. It did the biggest lay off in history by firing 2000 employees and by reducing its workforce less by 11% - from 19000 employees to 17000.

A keynote addressed by Apple executive blew RIM away which clearly depicted its improper managerial and entrepreneurial skills to fight back and regain its market hold.
