Research In Motion Fails Due to Its Bad Entrepreneurial Function


Blackberry launched ‘Playbook Tablet’ which did not do well. Though there were speculations about its entry in to the market and about its new operating system, it flopped as blackberry users still had to wait for another product that carried the native email and calendar services. But Apple and Google launched varieties of faster operating system that carried all these features that a phone could carry but needn’t necessarily a tablet.

RIM could have been on the top chart if there was a proper planning. Entrepreneurial efforts were lacking in their business strategies that made other entrepreneurs pick up the opportunity and establish their products.
