Research In Motion Fails Due to Its Bad Entrepreneurial Function

RIM was one of the largest producers of smart phones but it all flipped when IPhone was launched with more corporate features. It lacked a proper planning that can be developed by an entrepreneur to compete against these tech giants and their products.
