Most Deserved Executions

John Wayne Gacy Jr. (1994):

Gacy was an American serial killer and rapist who sexually assaulted and murdered at least 33 teenage boys and young men between the years 1972 and 1978. He buried 26 of his victims in the crawl space of his home, and disposing of the rest across his property and a nearby river. He was convicted of 33 murders and sentenced to death for 12 of these killings and was executed in 1994.

People who knew Gacy thought of him as a generous, friendly and hard-working, devoted to his family and community. However, there was another side to him that only some had ever witnessed. Gacy later became known as the "Killer Clown" due to his generous services at fundraising events, parades and children's parties where he would dress as "Pogo the Clown", a character he devised himself. He is a particularly chilling example of a sadistic individual.  He was executed by lethal injection in Illinois.
