Soumitra Dutta: Soumitra Dutta, a professor of business and technology, was the founder and faculty director of a new media and technology innovation lab known as INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Dutta was named eleventh dean of the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He received his B.Tech in electrical engineering and computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology. He further received an M.S. in business administration, an M.S. in computer science and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley. Throughout his successful career, Dutta has focused on how to drive business advancement and growth through the right blend of innovative technology and people. This is particularly applicable in the current period where innovation is said to be the best answer for thriving present world. Dutta has also co-written several important books on technology-enabled business innovation.
