Commonfloor.com, a company which is also from Bangalore is a portal that combines property search, apartment management and vendor management. Started by three friends - Sumit Jain, Lalit Mangal and Vikas Malpani - in 2007, Commonfloor.com now has over 60,000 communities listed with it, which constitute more than 50 lakh homes. However, it differs from rival ApartmentAdda which earns revenues from paid listings by individuals and developers. "It actually moved to a cloud-based model in 2011 to expand their footprint which was an issue of scalability and maintainability. Delhi’s RateGain, which developed hospitality and travel technology solutions, has around 5,500 client base from across the world as well as top 50 online travel agents. Employ-Wise, an employee lifecycle management solution provider from Delhi handles around 32,000 employee records.
