Vitthal Radadiya, famously known as the "gun-toting MP" is an influential Leuva Patel leader from the Saurashtra region in Gujarat. Radadiya is a former Congress MP who was dispelled from the party after he was caught on CCTV threatening Toll Booth employees with a huge gun. He is a history-sheeter from Gujarat and there are many criminal cases against him. Interestingly, Radadia according to his affidavit filed before the Election Commission of India in year 2009 is no. 3 Indian Lok Sabha MP facing highest number of criminal cases.

Kameshwar Baitha
Kameshwar Baitha who won the 2009 Lok Sabha seat from the Palamau constituency in Jharkhand has 46 pending criminal cases against him. This include 17 for murder, 22 for attempted murder, 6 for assault with a dangerous weapon, 5 for theft, 2 for extortion, and so on, a legacy from Baitha’s previous career as a leader of the local Maoist insurgency. But, he has not been convicted as yet in any of the cases. Baitha is worth 5,70,000 as per his assets declaration.
