Transparency: Most often children don’t hide anything from their elders, unless it is a small mistake- the parent figures out. Be an entrepreneur who listens to his colleagues and keep them aware of the status of the company. They will feel like contributing more, towards the growth of the company if the fellow employees know the company well.

Questioning Ability: Children have this annoying; yet unique quality of questioning things, if they feel that something is wrong. They ponder on certain questions until they feel right according to their conscience. Similarly, when you don the hat of an entrepreneur, you have certain responsibilities towards it as well. Question things which are wrong and correct them instead of staying dumb. If you question things; you will learn about alternatives, figure out the reasons for a layback and improve in providing a better result.
