jerry yang, yahoo!, CEOJerry Yang, Co-Founded Yahoo! in 1995 along with David Filo and was former CEO, Yahoo! also receives $1 as annual compensation. He agreed for a base salary of $1 and received no annual bonus or long-term equity grant from Yahoo! in 2007. He held the position of CEO for 18 months, but drew the meager salary for years before he assumed the role to lead the company. He has been replaced by Carol Bartz, whose base salary if over $1 million.
