Big Companies Accused Of Stealing Other's Innovation
Zynga Accused Vostu
Zynga filed a lawsuit against fellow game company Vostu for allegedly copying its games. Vostu is a social gaming company launched in 2007 in Brazil. A Brazilian judge has sided with Zynga and granted it a preliminary injunction against Vostu demanding Vostu and Orkut to remove four games. Zynga claims that Vostu has even copied the errors contained in its games.
