Easter

This is a festival that needs on special introduction. Known as the day when the Jesus Christ rose from the dead, after the third day he was crucified on the cross, the festival is testimonial to the belief that Jesus in the resurrection and the life.

Diwali

Renowned as the "Festival of Lights," Diwali is the most important and beautiful celebration that unifies Hindus, Sikhs and Jains. Practiced throughout South East Asia, in countries namely Nepal and Sri Lanka, but most widely in India, the festival is usually celebrated for four days between mid-October to December, but varies based on the Hindu calendar. On this auspicious day the streets in the Hindu heartland come alive with parades, lights, and mouth watering food stalls; while the people burst fire crackers and lit clay diyas throughout their houses to welcome the goddess Lakshmi and vanquish demons.
