2. Be confident
Make your boss realize that you are the apt person to dine with. Don't make your boss feel superior by acting shy and very delicate. This attitude will make him think that you are too dumb to hangout. Move with confidence and be a person who gives spontaneous and sensible answers to the questions. Act as if you know many things but not everything. The conversation part is where you will be watched. The boss trying to be very cool and friendly doesn't mean he considers you as a super companion, but is just a weapon used by most bosses to explore your thoughts and know actually what kind of a person are you.
