Indian Startups Offer ERP Solutions To Manage Apartments


Interestingly another startup in this business sector is becoming a big hit. ApnaComplex, which has been there in the business for over three years, expects to earn revenue of Rs 1.5 crore this year. ‘Apartments do not have manufacturing or production; what they need is customized solution that cater to the convenience of residents,’ says Kommu who started ApnaComplex along with his colleague Gokul Singh with a mere seed capital of 5 lakhs.

ApnaComplex has a direct-to-consumer model and has a monthly subscription charge of 15 per flat and the company boasts that over 2,500 residential complexes in the country use their ERP solutions and softwares. It also plans to raise over 4 Crore in angel investment to boost up the operations.  

"Societies are using customized software not only for efficiency and convenience, but also because maintaining database of residents has become crucial from a security aspect," says Satish Magar, managing director of the Magarpatta Development Corporation in Pune, the company which developed the Magarpatta City is also building its own range of in-house softwares.
