Erdle advises CIOs to give proper and up-to-date training to all the IT professionals every year. This keeps the whole team on track and self motivated. They also must take note on some of the latest trending certification programs on cloud computing, cyber security and project management. Appropriate training and certifications always keeps the team motivated and efficient, better than teams that are not certified.
