Steve Ballmer replaced Bill Gates as CEO of Microsoft, and then Microsoft was in news for not the innovations it made but for the antics of Ballmer

It was the talk of tech world when in a meeting Ballmer snatched an employee’s iPhone, pretended to stomp it, and made several unflattering remarks about the person during a private company meeting.

He terminated many employees just because he can do it, and blasted many others for owning Apple products, and trampled the devices if he ever catches hold of them. Straight out of Pandora’s Box. One can imagine how the workplace would be, like a troll breathing at back of employees’ necks, too eager to pounce at very slight mistake.   

According to former employee Mark Lucovsky Ballmer threatened to "kill Google" and use to get very abrasive with rival companies, and had hurled a chair across room on learning he was leaving the company.

God help the employees.
