Nirmal Baba or Nirmaljeet Singh Narula is the controversial spiritual leader who proclaimed to be the ‘godman’ and has been alleged for many cheating and fraud cases. He is best known over the internet for his public discourses that caught the attention of thousands of viewers on YouTube.
Nirmaljeet Singh Narula was an owner of a brick kiln who supposedly attained nirvana in the forests of Jharkand and since then calls himself Nirmal Baba.
A paid spiritual discourse programme held by him called Nirmal Darbar is telecasted on many Indian spiritual television channels. It is surprisingly very popular on YouTube with one of its episode recording about 823,612 views.
He sued Bhadas4media.com in April 2012 for posting defamatory articles and videos against him. In turn the website has challenged his claims.
The Delhi high Court in September 2012 ordered Nirmal Baba to cease the illogical and eccentric or absurd solutions he offers to his disciples.
Even then his website ranks 29,821 in India, as rated by Alexa and has 353,783 followers on Facebook and is still counting.
