It is not necessary to please everyone

Women have a tendency of obliging everyone and keep everyone happy. This quality has to be hitched back in order to pursue a smooth and successful professional life. You have to be mentally prepared to be harsh at times upon your employee, or even to make some enemies by doing that. In India, women in the corporate world face rage and greed of men when they are quickly succeeding in their job prospect.

They might accuse you of being aggressive. Always be professional and remember you can’t and you shouldn’t try to please everyone which includes your employees and family too.

Your managerial behavior should be determined by your professional dimensions.  Krishnakumar says, “You should neither be too assertive, nor be someone who can be pushed over easily”. How much comfortable people are around you, determines of you being a perfect manager. She also adds, “You need to think about your style with a larger purpose: Are people enjoying working with you?”
