What He Tried To Prove and What Happened? This 18 year old was a hard core video game lover and one day in October 1982, he pushed his video gaming skills out of the limit. His game of choice was the popular arcade hit of that time "Berzerk," in which players control a small character who is trapped in a dangerous web populated by robot enemies.

Burkowski died of a heart attack shortly after making his name twice in the "Top Ten" score of the Berzerk screen. The stress of games triggered the attack in Burkowski’s heart.

Lot of people lost their life to Video game addiction including Seungseob Lee of Korea, who died of Cardiac arrest after playing the game StarCraft almost continuously for 50 hours.
