2. 432 Park Avenue: One of the super tall residential projects by CIM Group in New York is none other than 432 Park Avenue. With 125 condominium apartments and a height of 1,398 feet (426.11 m), it will be the third tallest building in the United States, and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. Also, it will become the second tallest building in Manhattan, behind One World Trade Center. This building is under construction and is expected to be completed by 2015. This tall building is known as the brainchild of U.S. property tycoon Harry Macklowe. The penthouse will have six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a library. Other amenities include a wine cellar, a 75-foot indoor swimming pool and a spa and fitness centre. The price of Penthouse is U.S. $95 million with average price per square feet pegged at U.S. $6,742.

3. One57: One57 was previously known as Carnegie 57. It is a 75-story skyscraper currently under construction at 157 West 57th Street in the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. After completion in 2014, it will stand at 306 meters tall, making it the tallest residential building in the city; however it is projected to be overtaken by 432 Park Avenue once completed in 2015. The building will have 92 condominium units on top of a new Park Hyatt Hotel with 210 rooms. The flagship Park Hyatt New York and its health club and spa at the base of the building will be opening this summer which is designed by interior designer Yabu Pushelburg. The price of penthouse is U.S. $90 million with average price per square root as $6,000.
