Lim said that the the bsic problem lies with SMBs often underestimating or ignoring the hidden costs of new technology offerings and the resulting consequences. The root problem here is that most of the top executives in SMBs are quite ignorant about business activities, employees' tech usage patterns, and implications of the new IT product.
"More often than not, these costs arise when SMBs purchase solutions that do not accurately align to their business needs and requirements, and invest in systems that they do not need or take full advantage of" said Lim
