Andaman and Nicobar Islands, a union territory which comprises of two islands; Andaman and Nicobar comes in at number seventeen with 86.1 percent of houses which use electricity. The total land area of the territory is approximately is just 6,496 km2 .  The island was devastated by the 2006 Tsunami, yet it fought back and managed to restore all the facilities to their inhabitants.
