6 Steve Nunn
Stephen Rob Nunn also called Steve Nunn is a former Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He was also a Republican member of Kentucky House of Representatives. Nunn is a convicted murderer of his ex-fiancée Amanda Ross. For the murder he is serving life imprisonment since 2011. The prosecutors intended death penalty for Nunn, but after he pleaded guilty life sentence was considered by the court.

5 William J. Graves
William Graves was thrice elected Congressmen from Kentucky. He was charged with murder of fellow Congressman Jonathan Cilley. Graves was a stand-in for New York newspaper editor James Webb. Cilley accused Webb of corruption. A duel was called between Cilley and Webb. Cilley wasn’t marksmen enough so he asked Graves to use a powerful rifle. Graves being caught in the muddle ended up shooting Cilley in the leg, which hit his artery causing excessive bleeding and Cilley died in ninety seconds.
