2. Brazil:

Although Brazil is one of the fastest growing major economies in the world, the pace of job creation has slowed down in the recent years mainly because of strict labor conditions and also corruption that is prevalent in government organizations. In Brazil, since the problem is almost severe, 78 percent people believe that talent-shortage will have a high impact to its growing economy. In this country, 68 percent employers are finding it very hard to employ the right talent. As per the estimates, the unemployment rate in Brazil is 4.6 per cent.

3. India:

India, a developing nation is the second-most populous country with over 1.2 billion people, and the most populous democracy in the world. India is one of the fastest-growing major economies and is considered a newly industrialized country. Some of the major sectors contributing to the GDP are services (56.4 per cent), industries (26.4 per cent) and agriculture (17.2 per cent).

But, the country still continues to face the wrath of poverty, corruption, malnutrition, inadequate public healthcare, and unemployment. Unemployment is the major setback in the country’s development as 61 percent employers have reported difficulty in filling jobs. The rate of employment in India is 3.8 per cent. In India, infrastructure is one such sector that is struggling with severe skilled manpower shortage, leading to project delays and over expenditure of the projects.
