Susan P. Crowford is a professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She has served as President Barack Oboma’s Special Assistant for Science, Technology, and Innovative Policy. She’s also a columnist for Bloomberg View.

Her research focuses on telecommunications and information law.

Crawford is currently a visiting professor at Harvard Law School and co-directs Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet and Society. Her first book, Captive Audience: Telecom Monopolies in the New Gilded Age will be released soon.
