In general the programmers take some time while getting on to the new project that seeks the programmer to know some new language or technology. But with constant interruptions caused by clients and colleagues, their efforts to stride in particular process gets derailed.

Programmers, contrary to the conceived perception they don’t always get along with each other. Some of the common traits like being grumpy to the point of being hostile, inability to communicate effectively and confusing terminology,  being apathetic towards the code base and project, failure to pull ones own weight and such make programmers get annoyed with each other.

The truth is that programming world is constantly changing. The best practices today can be obsolete tomorrow. It’s simply not possible to write perfect code because the standard upon which the code is judged is evolving every day.

It’s tough to cope with the fact that today’s work, as beautiful as it may be now, is probably going to be ridiculed later. It’s frustrating because no matter how much research the programmer do into the latest and greatest tools, designs, frameworks, and best practices, there’s always the sense that what they’re truly are not up-to-date. It turns out to be most annoying thing about being a programmer.
