7. Celestia Spaces:

Celestia Spaces is a project coming up on the 18 acre plot at Sewri, Central Mumbai. This project is a joint venture (JV) between Bhattad Group and ILFS. This proposed tower consists of 70 floors in Crescent I and Crescent 2 with podium consisting of Celestia Commercial Centre in the 5 floor levels and 7 upper floors of car parking.  Celestia Spaces is ideally placed in one of Central Mumbai’s most prominent suburbs. Celestia Spaces will offer a convincing opportunity as it is located at the prime business districts.

8. Oasis Tower 1:

Oasis Tower 1 is a super-high skyscraper under construction in Mumbai. It will be 372 metres (1,220 ft) with 85 floors and 239 metres (784 ft) 53 floors multipurpose luxury tower that will house a hotel, office and retail space. It has been designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, USA. The structural consultant is LERA (Leslie E. Robertson Associates), U.S. The project will be developed under Oasis Realty, a joint venture between Sahana and Oberoi Realty. It will be the second tallest building in India once it is completed.
