9. Palais Royale:
Palais Royale is a skyscraper located on the land previously owned by Shree Ram Mills. in Lower Parel, Mumbai. It is the first luxury building in India to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum rating for environmental sustainability. This luxury building has 100 apartments with area of 8,000 square feet and 14,000 square feet. The premises, with a floor plate of 50,000 square feet, will have amenities like a cinema house, spa, cricket pitch, badminton court, football pitch and three swimming pools. It has 8.8 million square feet of total residential space. The project involves more than 30 international consultants. The architects working on it are Talati Pantakhy Associates. Both the abstract design and architectural layout were created based on the principles of Vastu Shastra by Dharnidhar Sharma.
10. Namaste Tower:
Namaste Tower, designed by Atkins, Dubai, is a 300 m (984 ft) tall skyscraper currently under construction in Mumbai, India. It is located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, on land previously owned by Ambika mills. The land was acquired by the builders using re-development models. The building represents growing economic and cultural significance of great India. This 62-story, a latest addition to W Hotel franchise, will include a hotel, office and retail space. The very form of the building is inspired by traditional Indian greeting of ‘Namaste’, where the hands are clasped together. Reflecting ancient Indian expression, the position of the two hotel wings represents ultimate symbol of hospitality, welcoming its guests.
