Andhra Pradesh:

Andhra Pradesh is on the fifth place with 4,537km of national highway. NH5 is the lengthiest national Highway in Andhra Pradesh. This highway also goes through the states of Tamil Nadu and Orissa. NH5 has 1000km of length in AP itself. NH7, NH9, NH18 and NH205 are other major highways of Andhra Pradesh.

4,396 km is the total length of national highways in Karnataka and it positions the state on sixth.NH4, NH13 and NH 234 are first three lengthiest national highways within the state. NH4 connects the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and stand as a major national highway that links eastern and western India.
