4. Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani
These people do not need an introduction. After the death of Dhirubhai Ambani, both Mukesh and Anil decided to spit the dynamic company Reliance industries. This even become a matter of discussion in media. While Mukesh Ambani took over sectors like petrochemicals, oil and gas, petrochemicals, Anil Ambani was given sectors like electricity, telecom and financial services as reported by Mamta Badkar from Business Insider. The friction increased between the brothers when Mukesh Ambani’s RIL (Reliance Industries) stopped supplying gas to Anil Ambani’s RNRL (Reliance Natural Resources) which earlier Mukesh Ambani agreed on. This fight went up to court. But the recent news shows both brothers joined hands.
5. L&T AND RIL
Ambani was a savior for L&T once when it was at the verge of being took over by the business tycoon Manu Chhabria, the person who bought maximum shares of L&T. Ambani also started buying shares of L&T at the same period, NM Desai being a gujrati thought of joining hands with Ambani instead being acquired by Manu Chhabria. The fight was then between Ambani and Chabbria in which Ambani won as they had big political support. L&T being a blue-chipped company was accessible to cash so Ambani pressurized L&T to credit for their project but their plans thrashed when Congress lost the power.
